 This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "End User") and Cindi Lee ("Licensor") for the license and use of the Phota: AI Photo Editor software application for iOS devices. By downloading from the Apple App Store, installing, or using this Application, you agree to the terms of this EULA. 1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Both parties acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between the End User and the Licensor only, and not with Apple Inc.
